customized and personalized uniquely for them.
CAN MY CLIENTS GET HELP WITH
THEIR HEART RISK?
Yes. We are here for your clients and you. We provide various options for help with your clients' heart risk. First, if your clients purchase the Education + AI Chatbot option, then AI Chatbot Ally can help your clients uderstand their heart risk. Second, your clients may call our automated phone system (414-251-1210) with any general questions they have. Third, soon a live operator will be available to take their call. Fourth, your clients can sign up to visit with our Virtual Co-Pilot in a few weeks. Fifth, your clients can join our waitlist for a video visit with a Clinician Expert to discuss their heart risk and how to protect their heart; and be the first to be notified in a few weeks when it's time to set up their telehealth appointment.
CAN I GET MY HEART RISK FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely. You have come to the right place. Select the services you would like to gift to someone you care for. Buy gift cards for them to use to obtain any or all of the services you select. Services available for gift cards including obtaining their heart risk information, pursuing educational modules with support from our artifiical intelliegnce chatbot Ally, and visits with our virtual co-pilot to walk the through the heart risk form, report, or information. Be sure to purchase a gift card that covers all of the costs of the services you desire for your loved one and more, so they can have the freedom to choose how to spend their time with us.
