HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH MY HEART RISK?
Yes. We are here for you. We provide various options for help with your heart risk. First, if you purchase the Education + AI Chatbot option, then AI Chatbot Ally can help you uderstand your heart risk. Second, you may call our automated phone system (414-251-1210) with any general questions you have. Third, soon a live operator will be available to take your call. Fourth, you can sign up to join our waitlist to be among the first to visit with our Virtual Co-Pilot in a few weeks. Fifth, you can join our waitlist for a video visit with a Clinician Expert to discuss your heart risk and how to protect your heart; and be the first to be notified in a few weeks when it's time to set up your telehealth appointment.
